I was in 1982, in Istanbul. I’m a designer of Industrial Products. I’m working as R&D specialist in a private company.
I’m playing water polo at MSSK since 2013-2014 season. I’ve played for National A Team continuously between 2001-2012. My hobbies are reading books, listening to music, watching movies and TV series, riding bicycle and traveling. I also like playing console games if I have spare time. I’m married and I have a cat. I’ve continued my education life at Istanbul Technical University after I graduated from Saint Benoit French High School.

I’ve graduated from Industrial Products Design Department. During my university education, I’ve studied for a period at Sheffield Hallam University/UK as an Erasmus student. In the summer of 1990 my family sent me to IYIK water polo and summer school thanks to a leaflet delivered at our school. They wanted me to spend my energy in a useful way. At the end of the summer, I decided to continue water polo. I played chees and handball in elementary school as addition to water polo. I have earned significant success in Istanbul and Turkiye especially in chess. I was also skiing before water polo became too intense in my life. Presently, I am interested in triathlon when I have spare time after water polo.

I’ve played 15 years for IYIK, 2 years for ENKA, 1 year for Naval Forces and 4 years for Heybeliada. I’ve lived 2009 European B Championship, 3rd place in 2005 Universiade, several international championships and 3 Turkish League Championships. The criteria of success are accepted as only being Champions in our country and people are making great mistakes. The budget allocated to this work, manpower at hand and the events experienced during the season shall be the most important criteria for success. I believe that 10th place in 2010 European Championship and playing at playoffs in the last 2 season as MSSK are some of our successful results. Nonetheless, there is disciplined, systematic and eager hard work behind all the successes we had.
MSSK has encouraged me to return to water polo which I quitted at the end of 2012 season, because we had similar targets. Furthermore, they offered me a chance to play at Turkish League with my friend with whom we have achieved great successes at the national team. In 10 years, I see myself as an older brother working hard at MSSK and TSF for our younger brothers interested in this sport to achieve even greater successes. And I see MSSK as player developing machinery taking place not only in Turkiye but also on European stage as the new facilities opened.
